Biography

Dr. Gunilla Fincke is Director-General at the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs responsible for “Skills, Vocational Training and Securing a Skilled Labour Force”. Previously, from 2014 to 2018 she was Head of the Politics Department of the SPD Party Executive Board and before this she worked for six years as managing director of the Expert Council of German Foundations for Integration and Migration.
